Rich, rare, raw and extremely pure honey, white in colour and floral aroma, intense in taste and smell. It is extracted from the nectar of Mountain flowers that bloom during the summer in mountain meadows in the middle of At Bashi Mountains in Tian Shan, 135 square kilometres and 4786 meters high, Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia.

A unique, foamy and dense honey, with an amazing whiteness and a wonderful floral flavour.

White honey is produced by whisking golden honey for a long period of time to gain its white and dense characteristics.
